Ring Sizing
We are happy to size most rings (excluding Titanium) purchased from our site. Ring sizing IS an additional charge. Simply add your size request in the comment box at checkout and we will notify you of the cost at which time of course you can decide to or not to have the additional work completed. Sizing an item makes it NON Returnable. Sizing will add 4-6 business days onto shipping time.

Layaway is a fully customizable interest free
payment plan that allows you to make payment
installments on your purchase, rather than paying
for your item in full at once.
Simply make a deposit on your item
(minimum 25%) and our automated system
will take monthly payments that you are comfortable with
until your item is paid in full. Once you
have paid for your purchase in full, we will ship
your order to you. The advantage is that if the price
increases on your item, your price will still remain the
same. You also have the flexibility of paying over time.
Payments are available through a credit card
(taken out each month automatically) or by mailing
us a check if you prefer.
You can choose from a 2-6 month plan, larger orders may be
extended 9-12 months (your choice), and you may decide to
pay off the remainder in full at any time and receive your item
sooner. Custom orders will not be made until 75% of the order
is paid for.

SPECIAL ORDER INSTRUCTIONS
Be sure to include a Valid phone number on you order ON occasion we must contact you regarding your order. During checkout there is a Comments box to add additional information regarding your order. You need a special ring size, the website was missing an option or you would like cusom engraving. Because of the increase in Fraud orders WE MUST REQUIRE the 3 digit security number from the back of your card and a Valid Phone number. Persons placing Fraudulent orders will be referred to the propert authorities. Most items list expected shipping time, shipping time is NOT the time you will receive the item but the time to process and ship your order. Business days are Monday thru Friday excluding Holidays. Special orders will take longer, between 6-8 days of received payment.
Free Shipping is via United States Priority Mail through out the United States and generally takes 2-4 days to arrive once shipped. If you have special delivery needs, need a special little note enclosed, don't hesitate to email us with that information or use the comment box at checkout, we will do our best to comply. Most jewelry items ship in a Black or Red Velvet gift box.

OLD GOLD FOR NEW JEWELRY
We all have some “old” gold lying around. A few broken chains, those earrings you have been waiting to come back in style for the past 20 years, that old wedding ring from your now “X” spouse. Why not turn that old stuff into something New and Exciting that you will actually wear!!!!! Now is the perfect time with Gold at an all time high. We will refine your clean scrap gold in 4-5 business days. We will not remove or send back any stones so if you want stones have them removed prior to sending us your gold. Once we receive your package of scrap gold 14kt or 18kt, we will qualify the metal and verify the weight. Next the metal will be melted and we will get a fire assay sample, at that point we will notify you of the results. The price will be settled after-melt weight at second London fix on the day of settlement. That amount will then be sent to you as a store credit toward your new purchase. It’s simple really, send us your old gold, we clean it up and have it melted down, then give you the refined value as credit against new jewelry. We are not responsible for non metal items sent with metal. Metal prices are based on market refinery values. DO NOT send teeth or dental pieces as they will be returned.

OUR RETURN POLICY
We will accept any product in its original package for up to 30 days from the date of shipment. Returns must include a copy of the original invoice. Exceptions to our return policy are items that have been damaged, altered, or customized by customer including but not limited to engraving and sizing. Shipping charges for returns are non-refundable. We Can Not refund a Custom Order. Special Order or Custom Pieces are NON-Returnable.

Ordering Questions & Accepted Payment Methods:
Shipping information listed in the product description is the time it generally takes to process an order and ship. Once shipped your shipping time will depend on the service you have chosen. Ex. If you purchase earrings that state shipping 2-3 days, the 2-3 days is the time it takes to process your order and package the product. If you choose FedEx 2nd day you should receive your order in 4-5 business days after placing the order. If the shipper in this example fedex has a delay that is out of our hands of course. Exceptions are such things as extreme weather conditions, out of stock items, and Holiday Rush season. We are NOW accepting orders OUTSIDE the USA by direct wire transfer or a verified PayPal account. Our store accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover as well as payment by direct wire, check, or money order. We are Also using PayPal which accepts a variety of payments. Warranty Information

GraciousRose.com warrants most items against manufacture defects for 1 year from date of purchase. Exceptions are items altered or customized. If your item is defective we are happy to replace the item with the exact same item. In the event that item is no longer available we will replace with a comparable item. Contact us for return authorization and instructions. You must have your original invoice for exchange.
